Stories in the Vault offers rare access to H-D history that is not regularly available to the public. Take a look at a rare 1920 Harley-Davidson J Model that comes out of storage and into the vault. Led by an Archives Team Lead, this hands-on demonstration reveals what it truly took to own and ride a Harley-Davidson a century ago.
See how early riders started their motorcycles, kept them running, and navigated the roads of the 1920s. No modern conveniences. No safety nets. Just raw machines, skill, and determination.
This experience is not part of the Museum’s daily offerings and may not return in this format.
Capacity is limited. When tickets are gone, the vault closes.
