Harley-Davidson Warranties

Genuine Harley-Davidson® Parts & Accessories and Harley-Davidson® MotorClothes® are engineered and manufactured to precise factory tolerances, tested to the toughest H-D standards, and backed by limited warranties* — along with more than 100 years of know- how and experience. So you can trust that they perform as beautifully as they look.

Warranties do not cover changes to the physical appearance or color of the leather or nylon, rips, scratches, tears, cracks, wrinkles, or other damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, improper installation, or improper care or cleaning.

If your item is defective upon receipt, you can return the item following our standard returns process. We'll pick up the tab for the return shipping fee. Visit our returns page for more information.

How to submit a warranty claim for H-D Parts & Accessories

If you believe your product has a factory defect in materials or workmanship, return the affected item(s) with proof of purchase, at your expense, within the limited warranty period to an authorized Harley-Davidson® dealer. At the dealer's and Harley-Davidson's discretion, the item will be repaired or replaced, at no cost to you, or a credit will be issued to you for the amount paid by the original retail buyer for the item. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for repair, however depending upon the repair it may take longer. Note the warranty may not cover labor for parts and accessories.

 

How to submit a warranty claim for H-D Motorclothes apparel

If you purchased the product online and believe your product has a factory defect in materials or workmanship outside of the return window, please give us a call at 1-800-258-2464 for assistance between 8am-7pm CST, Monday through Friday and we’ll help you return the item. After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method and send you an email confirmation that your return has been completed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
