Our Student Internships, Co-ops, and Rotational Programs are designed to provide talented people with development opportunities while they are still in school or just starting their professional careers.
Our IGNITE Internships are designed to provide students with assignments that bridge the gap between classroom studies and real-world experience. Participants build diverse, functional capabilities while developing leadership, project management, and presentation skills.

All interns are considered employees of a third-party agency that administers these positions, during their assignments, but will be working at a Harley-Davidson facility.
From time-to-time Harley-Davidson has additional internship opportunities for students to gain real work experience that enhances their academic training outside or our formal IGNITE program. These provide work assignments of increasing challenge and responsibility appropriate to the student’s abilities and academic focus. Assignments and projects vary and allow the student to develop themselves technically, broaden their academic background and explore career interests.
Our IGNITE Co-op assignments allow students to test out what they’ve been learning in school, all while building functional competencies they can only learn in the workplace. Co-Op students get a deeper dive into what it’s like to work at Harley-Davidson and develop as young professionals through building cross-functional relationships, giving and receiving feedback, and working with a mentor.
