    HOW IT WORKS

    • Look for items with a Pickup In Dealer delivery option on the product page.

    • For in-store stocked items, your order can be ready for pickup in as little as 2 hours. You will be notified via email when ready for pickup.

    • Items shipped to your dealer for pickup will be available within 5 - 7 days. You'll receive a call from your dealer when ready for pickup.

    • Orders not picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions

For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID

  • Your order number or the email confirming pickup is ready.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pick Up In Store email, which will include instructions for picking up your item(s).

Orders will be held for 7 days from the date of the email pickup notification.  Orders not claimed after 7 days may be subject to cancellation with refund.

You always have the option to cancel before you pick up your item(s) at the dealer. Contact your dealer for assistance.

  • If your order was ready for pickup 5-7 days after purchase at your dealer, you can return it online using our free return process.

  • If your order was ready for pickup within 1-2 days after purchase at your dealer, you must return it to the dealer.
