Look for items with a Pickup In Dealer delivery option on the product page.
For in-store stocked items, your order can be ready for pickup in as little as 2 hours. You will be notified via email when ready for pickup.
Items shipped to your dealer for pickup will be available within 5 - 7 days. You'll receive a call from your dealer when ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.
For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:
A government-issued photo ID
Your order number or the email confirming pickup is ready.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pick Up In Store email, which will include instructions for picking up your item(s).
Orders will be held for 7 days from the date of the email pickup notification. Orders not claimed after 7 days may be subject to cancellation with refund.
You always have the option to cancel before you pick up your item(s) at the dealer. Contact your dealer for assistance.
If your order was ready for pickup 5-7 days after purchase at your dealer, you can return it online using our free return process.
If your order was ready for pickup within 1-2 days after purchase at your dealer, you must return it to the dealer.
