Opt outs are entity specific. Opting out with respect to one entity is not automatically effective with respect to the others. For example, opting out for Harley-Davidson Motor Company does not opt you out of communications from Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect our administrative communications to you (e.g., communications about your transactions or policy changes). We may also need to contact you via telephone, email (in accordance with applicable laws) or postal mail or notification via the mobile app with questions or information regarding your order or subscription. Further, we are required by law to provide motorcycle owners with warranty and recall information.

Review, Update or Change Your Information: Registered users may review, update, and change the information you provided to us at any time by accessing your account settings.

If we become aware that we have obtained information from a child under the age of 16 we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.
