Returning Items Shipped To Home?
Items shipped to you can be returned using our FREE online return process below.
Once you submit your return request:
You'll receive a pre-paid UPS shipping label that you’ll slap on the box with your item(s) and ship back to us.
You can drop your labeled return package at a UPS Store® or drop-off location. To find a drop box location, visit www.ups.com/dropoff.
Note that in-store bought items must be returned to dealer where you made the purchase.
Items can also be returned for free to nearest dealer, but each dealer has the right to refuse to accept the return. Bring a copy of your packing list for easier assistance. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 3 business days after initiating your return at the store.
