Frequently Asked Questions

You must first select a store on the H-D.com site.  Then when viewing a product, if that product is pick-up eligible, you will see the option to Pickup In Dealer.  If the product is not eligible, you will not see that option, but will have option to check other stores.  An order may contain a combination of Pickup In Dealer items and shipped items.

After you have placed your online order with items selected to Pickup In Dealer, you will receive a series of email messages for those items.

  • First email will be an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order

  • Second email will be a Pick Up In Store Notification when your order is ready to be picked up

  • A final email will be sent to you confirming you have picked up your order

  • If order is not picked up in time and is cancelled, an email will be sent to you confirming your order has been cancelled and will be refunded.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pick Up In Store email, which will include instructions for picking up your item(s).

Your order will remain available for a maximum of 7 days from the time you receive a Pick Up in Store notification. Orders not claimed after 7 days may be subject to cancellation with refund.

For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID

  • Your order number or the Pick Up In Store Notification Email

You always have the option to cancel before you pick up your item(s) at the dealer. Contact your dealer for assistance.
