Dave has over 20 years of experience in event production and management, having worked on many high-profile events, including Super Bowl XXXIX and the 2020 DNC.

Chef Doug brings 20 years of culinary experience as an Executive Chef, restaurant owner, and culinary instructor.
Chef Amber Allen, Executive Sous Chef
Amber brings extensive catering expertise from roles at the Radisson QC Plaza in Iowa, the prestigious Pfister Hotel, and GoodKind in Bay View.
Jordan Mendez, Senior Sales Manager
Jordan has extensive business development experience, including 15-years as Special Events Coordinator at Milwaukee River Cruise Line.
Heather Shea, Event Sales Manager
Heather brings valuable experience to her role, starting her hospitality career in bartending and then holding various positions including serving, operations, and sales.
