Best of all, every event held at Davidson Park directly supports the H-D Foundation, helping to maintain this incredible community space for our Milwaukee neighbors. Book your event today and be part of something truly special!
Rent the park for a full day at $2,500+. Includes garbage, pre-event bathroom cleaning, one security guard, electrical, and special lighting.
Rent the center, hub space for $500 for a half day (4-hours).
Rent the space near the 1903 Tavern for $500 for a half day (4-hours).
Rent one of the grass lawn spaces for $100 for a half day (4-hours).

Rules & Regulations
All events at Davidson Park must follow park rules for safety and enjoyment. Use of the Davidson Park logo in event promotional materials requires approval by the H-D Foundation. Events must end by 9 p.m. unless extended hours are approved; amplified sound is permitted only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Open flames, paint, or artistic materials require prior approval and a cleanup plan. Lawn stakes and tent staking are prohibited; tents must be weighted. Vehicles are not allowed on grass, and pets must remain on a leash.

The park is open to rent during normal business hours. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
After you submit an inquiry, a member of our events team will be in touch with you. Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that your event will be approved. Do not publicize your event, internally or externally, until you receive confirmation and approval. If you have more specific questions, contact: [email protected].
Davidson Park is available to rent as a full park rental. If you are interested in renting a smaller area within the park there are 4 available locations: North Lawn, South Lawn, Union Plaza and Hub.
Davidson Park provides a 20% off rental rate for Non-Profit organizations and a 10% off rental rate for Friends of Davidson Park, Silver Level and above.
Tents are permitted as long as you have tent weights. Stakes on our lawns are strictly prohibited due to the irrigation system.
Approval and certain permits may be required for public events that involve reserving a specific area of Davidson Park, setting up a table or booth, selling or promoting a product or service on park grounds, or using amplified or unusually loud sound.
Yes, the park does have a list of preferred vendors. If you have a vendor that is not on our list they will need to be reviewed by our team prior to booking.
No, the park does not provide tables, chairs, tents, or AV equipment. All items needed for your event must be provided by you or rented out through a preferred vendor.
