Fits '09-'13 Touring models (except FLHRC and FLHTCUSE). Stock on '09-'13 FLHX, FLHXSE, FLTR, FLTRU, FLTRX, FLTRXSE, '13 FLHRSE and '09 FLTRSE models. Does not fit with Saddlebag Filler Strip Kits.
