Fits ’14-'25 Touring (except FLHRXS, FLHXS, FLTRX, FLTRXS, '23-later FLHXSE, FLTRXSE, '24-later FLHX, FLTRXSTSE and '25-later FLHXU and FLTRXRRSE) models with hard saddlebags. Does not fit with accessory Saddlebag Guard Rails.
