Fits '14-later Touring models (except FLHFB, '23-later FLHXSE, FLTRXSE, '24-later FLHX, FLTRX and FLTRXSTSE) with standard hard saddlebags. Does not fit models equipped with Original Equipment or accessory Stretched Saddlebags or with some 4.5" accessory mufflers.
