Any customer who purchases a new Harley-Davidson, from an authorized H-D dealership is eligible for the services described. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months, upon registration of a new motorcycle purchase.
If you renew your H.O.G.™ membership after the first free year, another 12 months of H.O.G.™ Assist services will be added (maximum of 24 months).
Member are eligible for the following services when riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle based on the specific territory. This is further subject to the geographical coverage provided by the service providers and their respective operating hours.
The items are subject to exclusions. The member shall be responsible for any expenses exceeding the limits of benefits. Services offered will be on best-effort basis. Many of the service items are purely o referral or arrangement basis only. H.O.G.™ Assist shall not be responsible for any third-party expenses.

Mechanical Breakdown - Towing the vehicle to the nearest Harley Davidson Authorized Workshop
Electrical Breakdown - Towing to Nearest Harley Davidson Authorized Workshop
Fuel Problems - Out of fuel, contaminated fuel, incorrect fuel
Key Problems - Key locked, Key Lost, Keys broken
Tire Problems - Flat Tire, Tire Vandalized etc
Accident - Recovering the vehicle to Nearest Harley davidson Authorized dealership
Taxi - Coordination
Medical Assistance - Coordination
Emergency Towing Assistance - If your motorcycle experiences a mechanical breakdown or is involved in an accident and your motorcycle becomes immobilized while on the road, H.O.G.™ Assist will tow the to the nearest service provider within the territory if immediate repair is not available.
Gasoline Refill Assistance - If your motorcycle is immobilized while on the road due to lack of fuel, H.O.G.™ Assist will arrange for a service provider to deliver gasoline to the motorcycle site. The cost of gasoline shall be paid for by the member.
Hotel Accommodation or Travel Arrangement - Should the motorcycle break down or is immobilized and cannot be repaired within 24 hours, H.O.G.™ Assist will not be liable to arrange and pay for hotel accommodation or travel arrangement H.O.G.™ Assist will not be liable to organize or pay for alternative transportation for the member.
Motorcycle Removal - If your motorcycle is involved in an accident and totaled, H.O.G.™ Assist will arrange a towing company to have the bike removed.
Emergency Messages Relay - In the event your motorcycle breaks down or is involved in an accident, H.O.G.™ Assist shall transmit urgent messages related to your breakdown or vehicular accident to the subscriber and/or member’s family members.
