Fits '14-later Touring models equipped with Hard Tour-Pak® Luggage (except CVO™ models). Also fits with H-D® Detachables™ Tour-Pak® Mounting Racks. Does not fit Trike models or models equipped with saddlebag lid rails or passenger grab rail. Armrest will not fit '23 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE models.
