FREE standard shipping within the continental U.S., Alaska and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International orders can be purchased at 115pack.harley-davidson.com.

What if my Rally Pack wristband is lost or stolen?

Wristbands offer unique, limited quantity experiences and should be protected like cash.  Lost or stolen wristbands may be replaced onsite at H-D 115th and HOG 35th Moto-Carnival Will Call (Veterans Park) for a fee, while supplies last:  Event Pack $25, Rides Home Pack $100 and Chrome Experience Pack $700. You must provide a photo ID and receipt from original purchase.  Names must match on both documents.  Only a small limited quantity of wristbands will be available on-site for these exceptions.  Once supplies are depleted, they cannot be replaced. For best chance of replacement, we suggest buying a new pack online prior to the event as soon as you realize they are missing.

What if my Rally Pack wristband security lock is damaged or broken?

If security lock has a manufacturers defect and wristband can’t be securely fastened, it should be exchanged onsite at H-D 115th and HOG 35th Moto-Carnival Will Call (Veterans Park). The damaged wristband must be surrendered at time of replacement. Any other damage, cutting or tampering renders the wristband invalid and it will not be exchanged and all benefits will be surrendered.

I can no longer go to the 115th Anniversary Celebration in Milwaukee. Is my Rally Pack wristband transferable to another person?

Yes. Please provide a receipt to new wristband holder as in some circumstances it may be required as proof of purchase onsite at the event.

Is my Rally Pack returnable?

No. All sales are final.

If the t-shirt I purchased in my Rally Pack doesn’t fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

No. All sales are final. Prior to purchasing, please reference the size chart listed with each Rally Pack for t-shirt measurements.

Will there be additional wristband benefits provided after I purchase?

Possibly. The benefits shown in the packages are confirmed at time of sale. Any new benefits added after purchase will be available at no additional charge to wristband holders no matter when it was ordered.

Wristband benefits include parking at Veterans Park. Do rider and passenger need wristband for parking?

No. Only 1 person on the bike needs a wristband in order to be provided parking for a motorcycle.

How do I purchase tickets to the H-D Museum™?

Advance ticketing is available at h-dmuseum.com. You may also purchase tickets in the lobby for same day visits.  Tickets purchased on or before August 10, 2018, will be mailed to customers within the US.  Having a ticket in-hand provides the fastest access into the Museum, bypassing the lobby and going directly to the exhibit entrance.  General Museum Admission $20, Child (under age 18) $10, and HOG Members FREE (with valid active membership card and photo ID).

I’m a HOG member. I can just walk into the Museum like I usually do, right?

HOG members always have complimentary access and will not need a ticket.  HOG members can walk-in, bypass the lobby and go right to the Museum exhibit entrance on the second floor.  A valid active HOG membership card and a photo ID must be presented for access.

How can I get a pass to ride in the parade?

There are lots of ways to get involved.  Harley-Davidson has invited tens of thousands of riders from around the world including custom bike builders, stunt teams, charitable groups, HOG Chapters, as well as a few other surprise guests. The parade is special and we design it to be entertaining for spectators and a highly memorable experience for riders.  Harley-Davidson riders can also enter for a chance to win a spot in the parade at Harley-Davidson events in the U.S. by participating in the Adventure Challenges.  Visit the Harley-Davidson display at Daytona Bike Week (March 10-17), Laughlin River Run® (April 25-28), Laconia Motorcycle Week®  (June 9-17) and Hot Harley Nights™ (July 12-15) for more information.  Stay tuned throughout the year, and while in Milwaukee Labor Day weekend, for more opportunities to score a pass.  If you want to guarantee a spot in the parade, there is a limited quantity of Chrome Experience Rally Packs for sale starting March 9 (while supplies last).  The pack contains commemorative merchandise, electronics, tickets and exclusive experiences all around the city, including one parade pass.
