Rocker Recognized by BLACK ENTERPRISE Magazine



Tchernavia Rocker, VP and Chief Human Resources Officer, is dedicated to improving the employee experience at Harley-Davidson, and her efforts were recently recognized by BLACK ENTERPRISE magazine.

Rocker was chosen for the publication’s “BLACK ENTERPRISE Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America” list after six months of intensive research that identified 300 of the most dynamic, high-level African-American professionals leading a variety of businesses. The list includes 16 CEOs, 13 division chief executives and other influential leaders.

“I appreciate the recognition, and I’m thankful for the opportunity I have along with my team to influence the direction of the organization,” said Rocker. “Within HR, we are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the execution of the organization’s workforce strategy.
