    Transmission side cover only
Transmission Side Cover is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from No gasket needed. These M8 side covers are just a decorative cover over the actual cover. I like this setup because you can swap it out in minute only having to remove 2 screws. You don't need a gasket and you don't have to mess with the clutch cable. If it came out without having to move the exhaust it would be perfect. -1 star because it should be cheaper but that's par for the course.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Chrome available It's pretty sad when you have to buy a chrome outer "cover" instead of an actual chromed side cover. Less and less quality. If you're a black bike, you're ok.

Instruction sheet available

I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to wrenching on my scoot, but I'd like to have instructions for component replacement. Is there a step-by-step procedure for removal of the OEM side cover? Are there torque specs for the fasteners? Do I have to drain down the tranny before replacing this cover? Thank you for your time.
