Sundowner Smooth Deep Bucket Seat is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior Seat Night and day difference on long rides over stock seat. It seems to get more comfortable the longer you ride - the vibration from the bike is gone compared to stock seat. Try it - your butt (and your passenger's) will greatly thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best accessory I've installed I've had sundowners on my last three bikes. My most recent, a 2011 FLHR, My wife and I put 7,564 miles in 26 days during a trip last summer and didn't want the trip to end. Just last week I completed my first iron butt challenge completing 1,037 miles in 22 hours. If those types of rides don't convey how comfortable I am I guess I'm unique in my love of this seat

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big improvement I have an FLHTP. I am also vertically challenged at 5'9". After converting the solo(really liked the solo saddle but too high for me) saddle to a two up found myself uncomfortable with the reach seat. I picked up an used street glide seat and found myself slouching after the first 15 minutes with no back support. Adding the Sundowner gave me support for my back, a little height and yes, a little bit further from the ground. Much better ride than the stock street glide seat, I just let out a little air from the shocks to compensate for the height.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Improvement over Stock Bought this to replace stock seat on 2016 Road King. This seat is more comfortable in terms of firmness, support, and insulation from road surface effects. I consider it an excellent investment.

What is the width of the passenger's seat?

What is difference between sundowner 52093-08A and 52000128?

What is difference between sundowner 52093-08A and 52000128? Good reviews on -08A but bad reviews on the other seat. -08A is wider. Anyone know what the real differences are? Thanks.

What is the difference in the stock seat and the Sundowner?

Are they both built on the same pan? Does Harley use the same foam on both seats?
Asked by: Smsgtdaves
My experience with all stock seats, from any manufacturer that I'm familiar with, is that they are the minimum required. A Sundowner seat, in my opinion is an excellent mid grade seat that is a substantial upgrade over the stock seat. It has better cushioning, appears to be better constructed of upgraded materials, and seems to hold me more securely. I am pleased with the seat. There may be some benefit to the long range, long hours rider in going to a Hammock, the best Harley seat.

Does the Sundowner seat fit on a 2013 Trike with the adjustable seat back rest and passenger grab rail.

Asked by: Smsgtdaves
I ended up trying a demo seat and it did fit my 2013 Trike with the adjustable back rest and passenger grab bar. I bought the Sundowner and it is 100% better then the stock seat. I would recommend this seat to anybody for a more comfortable ride with much better support.

Is the nose of this seat any narrower than the stock seat?

The Reduced Reach seat pushes me forward too much; I just need a narrower seat to reach the ground better.
