Sun Ray Heated Seat is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ironbutt proven all-day comfort! I found the stock Road King seat didn't have enough padding for long distant comfort and as a smaller guy I found it sat me too far back. The Sun Ray seat fixed both problems. This seat is ultra comfortable and long days in the saddle are no problem at all. In fact, I did an Ironbutt with this seat (1,000 miles in 24 hours) and the only problem was trying to stay awake because I had no aches and pains. The heat makes riding in cooler to cold weather a pleasure, once you experience it you'll wonder how you did with out it. The quality is excellent, been using it for about 7 years with no issues. Some of the other reviewers are complaining about the height. I don't know how tall they are but I've only got a 30" inseam and I found it no problem and welcome the cushion that's creating that height. The seat does move you forward, it's very similar to the Ultra OEM seat in this respect. Smaller riders will welcome this but if you're a big guy you might feel cramped so try an Ultra seat first.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Seat is Not the Seat for a Late Model Touring Bike I bought this seat for my 2016 Road Glide Ultra. This seat puts me higher and moves me forward where I cannot ride my bike. Never even got to plug it in to check the heat. The stock seat for my Road Glide is one of best seats I ever had and I have been riding for 46 years. This is supposed to be the seat to buy for my bike to make ti heated as advertised in the HD catalogue. It's not even close. No where does it inform the buyer that it will move the rider up and forward. I wouldn't buy this seat unless that is your intention.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just right The Sunray heated seat is perfect for the colder climates. I have had one on the last two bikes and found they are great even in the Summer when you get caught in the rain or a little evening chill. CWA103 says it's too high. I don't know why. I'm a little short guy. 29" inseam and I have no difficulties at all. I live in Ohio and because of the seat, since Jan 1 of this year to present (4/25) I have over 2500 miles logged. Worth the investment if you're going to ride seriously because you never know when you'll get caught in the cold.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A very tall seat Look at the picture of this seat and visually compare it to your stock seat. It's huge.... If you want to be 1.5 or more inches taller on your seat. Buy this seat. If you don't like your seat too hot, buy this seat. I returned mine to the dealer. With all the money riders spend to lower their bikes. Why would Harley offer this seat ?? It needs to be equal or lower than original. It needs to be hotter on the high setting. I ride every day until they salt the roads and / or it's snowing.
