This Street Performance kit provides the maximum horsepower output for a legal 103 kit that will maintain the factory warranty.

Fits '16-'17 Softail® (except FLSS, FLSTFBS and FXSE) and '10-'16 Touring models (except '14-'16 models with Twin-Cooled engines) equipped with a Twin Cam 103™ engine. Fits 49-state '10-'11 Touring models equipped with a Twin Cam 96™ engine with separate purchase of Screamin' Eagle® 3-7/8" Big Bore Cylinder Kit. '10 FLHX and FLTRX requires dual exhaust. Does not fit Trike models. Installation requires separate purchase of Primary Cover Gasket. Cam Drive Retention Kit P/N 25566-06. Cam Spacer Kit P/N 25928-06 is recommended. All models require ECM calibration for proper installation. '17 models require recalibration with Screamin' Eagle® Pro Street Tuner (sold separately).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2012 FLHTCU I had the kit installed about 4 yrs ago and haven't regretted one minute of it. I have the Vance & Hines 2 into 1 pipes for around 112 decibles. I'm heard and felt. Kicks out 108 hp and 110 torq. Did put on a set of J&P Mother Jugs cooling fans for idle & low speeds in traffic. Does get hot in the DFW area at times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stage IV in 2012 FLHTK After test riding a new Milwaukee 8 bike, the only thing wrong with my FLHTK 2012 bike was I rode the new, very high torque Milwaukee 8. After having the 103 Stage IV kit installed and Dyno tuned using a Screamin Eagle Performance Tuner, I got 107.4 HP max and 110 ft-lbs Torque. I have Vance & Hines Power Duals with Monster Oval pipes and a Screamin Eagle 58mm Air box. The bike now feels great, power is always there to be tapped into in all gears and at all speeds. I am very pleased. Can't wait to ride the Dragon again. Thank you Redstone Harley Davidson!

Can this be installed on a stock 103 engine without any of the preceding stage upgrades?

what all do i need to buy to install this kit as in additional parts and gaskets

this will be put in a 2016 street glide. I have been trying to find out if this can be installed without adding a tuner and dyno tuning . can this be recalibrated at a Harley dealer without having to dyno tune. I am not looking to push to max horse dyno tuning.

Rough idle

I have the stage IV on my 2013 FLHTK and the idle is rough, also at low rpm and just a few throttle. Do I have to retune or does it come from the camshaft and there is nothing to do ?

Best muffler to fit with this kit

What would be the best muffler to fit a '13 Anniversary FLHTK, with a SE air cleaner for 58 mm throttle body under OEM cover and this stage IV kit ? Thanks, regards, Pascal.

I have tried the true duals, slip-on and wound up with best dyno results by using the Vance n Hine 2 in to one pro pipe with performance baffle. stock baffles blew apart 4 different times. Don't even both with them.

Approximately how many man / labor hours does it take to install the SE street performance Bg Bore Stage IV kit on a stock 2015 FLHXS?

I had my Stage IV Kit installed February of 2015. The Stage IV engine break down and build up was 8 hours of labor. The DYNO Tune to get everything right was 3 hours of labor. Depending on the technician, prepare for at least 10 hours of labor. This also included some items not included in the kit such as the upgraded cam plate and hi flow oil pump. When you decide to make this jump, get everything you want in the engine to keep cost down. Some dealerships will compromise on labor rates when other items are purchased and are part of the original build. Good luck.
