Turn your Original Equipment 110 cubic inch model into a fast, reliable 117 cubic inch Twin Cam hauler without having to remove the motor from the chassis. This Street Performance Kit combines system-matched Screamin’ Eagle® big bore cylinders, forged pistons and performance cams and valve train components with the Original Equipment cylinder heads for a cost-effective boost in torque and performance.

Fits ’14-'17 CVO™ 110CI Softail® and '14-'16 CVO™ Touring models. Also fits ’16-'17 110CI FLSS, FLSTFBS and FXDLS models. Requires purchase of accessory 58mm air cleaner and Cam Drive Retention Kit P/N 25566-06 (except models equipped with Screamin' Eagle® Heavy Breather Elite Performance Air Cleaner Kits). Models equipped with Ventilator Air Cleaner require separate purchase of 58mm Air Cleaner Backplate P/N 29400038. All models required ECM calibration for proper installation. '16-'17 FXDLS and all '17 models require reclibration with Screamin' Eagle® Pro Street Tuner (sold separately).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from builder beware 2012 Street glide CVO 110 build to stage 4 117, with additional head work to open up flow.. upgraded Clutch, Pipes and headers. All good stuff, fast and smooth ,, BUT,,have been unable to tune out a heavy pre iignition knock on load except by switching to a 100 octane fuel over Cali 91 . A colder plug is our next effort. Know your beast and its burdens. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 92500053 Hi I have got the 117" RACE set (92500053) installed on my Ultra CVO-15. I also had the cylinder heads ported. I mounted Vance & Hince Power Dual head pipes and high output slip-on. Yesterday it was at the workshop to test the output power. The result was incredible 126 Hp and 190 Nm (140 ft lb). I live in Sweden, so right now it is too cold to drive, but in 2 months...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Killer Upgrade... pulls like a monster now! What a great set-up...once again Screamin' Eagle sets the performance bar very high. Upgraded my 2015 CVO Street Glide with this 117" Big Bore Kit, Race Tuner, High Flow Injectors, Heavy Breather, Perfect Fit Pushrods, 259E Cam, D & D Touring Billet Cat 2:1 Exhaust System (with Ghost Pipe for visual balance) and a great Dyno Tune. I'm now hitting 111 hp and 117 fp torque. Pulls like a monster, incredibly smooth though each and every gear (no rough or sketchy spots on the power band) and if you nail it in 1st or 2nd you could lift the front end on this puppy when the rear tire digs in ;^).

On my 2106 fxdls do the stock pipes help or hurt? Is this warranted? Any parts not in kit needed?

Yes it will. I had it dealer installed on my 2014 CVO Limited with liquid cooled heads. Same exact set-up.

How many hours of labor does it normally take to install this upgrade?

I want an idea of how much this is gonna cost me to install.

The reason I'm asking this question is I saw where "Cycle World" claimed that it should be able to be put on in around 8 hours. I have called multiple dealers/shops and so far I've gotten quotes of 14-17 hours of labor around here. This makes the project less cost effective and somewhat impractical in my eyes. I know that Harley-Davidson was proud to put this kit out to save everyone time, trouble, and money. I'd like to be able to get a fair/straight answer. Oh yeah, the Harley shop in Milwaukee told me 8 hours.

Is high compression seals

Hello. Can you tell me if the gaskets kit 117 are high-compression seals or if they are identical to the original cylinder head gaskets of 110? Thank you for your reply. Séb

I was told a 2015 cvo limited has the 58mm TB already on it. Is this true?

Can i get just the cylinders i have already had head work done so need diffrent pistons
