Turn your Original Equipment 110 cubic inch model into a fast, reliable 117 cubic inch Twin Cam hauler without having to remove the motor from the chassis. This Street Performance Kit combines system-matched Screamin’ Eagle® big bore cylinders, forged pistons and performance cams and valve train components with the Original Equipment cylinder heads for a cost-effective boost in torque and performance.

Requires purchase of accessory 58mm air cleaner and Cam Drive Retention Kit P/N 25566-06 (except models equipped with Screamin' Eagle® Heavy Breather Elite Performance Air Cleaner Kits). Models equipped with Ventilator Air Cleaner require separate purchase of 58mm Air Cleaner Backplate P/N 29400038. All models required ECM calibration for proper installation. '16-'17 FXDLS and all '17 models require reclibration with Screamin' Eagle® Pro Street Tuner (sold separately).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 17 Fatboy S 117 ci. hear and feel the difference. Awesome power,did not Dyno yet. Need to hang-on when givin it past 2800> rpm. No more flat spot at higher rpm. Running 2-1 exhaust. The Idle on this monster is music to my ears! Old school big cam idle. My neighbors notice the difference in the morning!! Oh well from quiet Mozart to ZZ top!!!. Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Super loud chatter after dealer installed Super loud chatter after dealer installed I cant even tell it was done My bike seems to be the same but loud chatter at idel Its like something is loose or no oil in bike.. I already had se 259 e cams in my bike and was putting down 100 rwhp prior to install We havent put bike on dyno yet as I need to put some miles on it but Not sure it was worth the $3200 I

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 117 ci screamer I added the 117 ci kit after running with a 110 stage III for a while. Dyno tuned to 120 hp / 134 tq. Ran like a cheetah until an unrelated part broke putting metal in the lower end, pretty much destroying everything. I definitely recommend this kit for a performance upgrade!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After testdrive As I wrote I have installed the RACE version (see previous review). I did pick up my bike today and drove home in the COLD weather (+5 deg C = 41 deg F). The bike feels like a "wild horse". EXTREMLY powerful-but below 2000 RPM it was very hard to drive, coughing and jumping. I had a discussion with the "expert" and he say the exhaust (Vance & Hince HI-OUTPUT) is too "open"-so he recommend to install "Quiet buffle" to get more resistance. It will reduce the horsepowers a bit, but should give a better performance on lower RMP. Today it gives 129 Hk and 198 Nm (146 ft lb), so very good. See attached picture

I have a 2016 Fatboy S does Harley make CNC heads for this bike or should I stay with the factory heads?

The local shop says I should use the Stage 4 CNC heads for the 103 C.I. Engine. But when I look online it says will not work on my bike? I want the best performance but I want to make sure it fits are there any upgrades other than this kit or not? Thanks

Will this kit work in an older bike that had a newer long block installed

I have a 2012 FLTRU that came with the 103, When I purchased this bike, I had the 110 Big Bore kit installed. Fast forward 4 1/2 years and the engine had to be replaced under warranty. It was replaced with a 110 long block in August of 2016, so it has a newer long block, not the original 103 with a big bore kit. So the real question becomes, will the 117 kit work with the new 2016 110 long block, even though it is installed in a 2012 FLTRU?
