Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice quality Worked and looked great, nice chrome. With a couple of black small zip ties I was able to make bags very tight and secure on my my bike

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does fit FXDWG W/quick release docking Harley say's this saddlebag support will not work on your 2008 Wide Glide fitted with the quick release docking bar. I just put one on mine, and it's a direct bolt on. The only thing I could spot on fitment was the back support mount is out 3/16", the thickness of the tapered washer cone from the quick release system. These are really strong well built bag supports. It will take 2 people to put the shock mount bolt back on if you don't have a spring compressor. Enjoy your new bag supports that isn't supposed to fit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to fit... Want to use your old set of saddlebags that you've had for years? Then these suckers are the go! Easy to fit - no need to relocate your indicators and muck with the wiring - and strong enough to hook on a tie-down or two for a load! The only downside for me initially was on my Wide Glide you end up doing away with the classic shocker covers that fit over the top mounting bolts/studs - but I got over that...

Do you really have to leave off the classic chrome shock absorber covers

Talked to my Harley Dealer today and they said that the number I gave them should have an A behind it. Has Harley made a design change allowing the re use of the chrome covers or added new covers which the online web site shows in the pictures. Loss of my chrome absorber covers would be a real deal killer.

Hello Hudmiester, Yes, the upper shock cover does need to be removed to install the Saddlebag Supports on a 2010 FXDWG. Thank You!

Will these supports work with HD quick detach backrest and stock mounted turn signals?

What's Up, So III?! The Saddlebag Supports (91017-10A) do not support H-D Detachable Backrest/Sissy Bars or Racks. Thanks!
