The complexity of the watch is unnecessary and unreliable. I’ve already had it replaced once. The old style with the push button for all temperatures was better. The fact you need the jacket to make the gloves work is classic Harley getting every dime out of the customer base just because they can. The jacket and gloves do work but if you find yourself in a situation where the watch in no longer working and it’s forty degrees or colder your in trouble. The default temp for the jacket and gloves is a fifty/fifty split without manually changing the temp with the Bluetooth watch. I would not recommend to a friend!

the little controller is easy to control while riding - just hitting the PLUS or MINUS button. even with gloves and liner no problem and you get the feedback via LEDs. That's in my opinion the main purpose and very well designed.
The negative points: the rubber plug for the charging cable gets lost easily and the run-time is too short. The manual says its 12 hours and that requires recharging if on longer trips.
I miss a short pocket manual for the instructions in English. The manual is a must to carry, because everything beyond the basic heat up/down is not easy to figure out. Needed to look up how to check the battery charge!
