This Stage IV Kit was developed to deliver maximum horsepower from the Milwaukee-Eight® engine - all the way to the redline. The system-matched combination of larger displacement cylinders, free flowing CNC-Ported cylinder heads and a cam with the highest available valve lift are the starting point to building the perfect engine for the performance junkie. Designed for a high level of flexibility, this package is ideal for riders who like to comfortably cruise at lower rpm but still have plenty of arm-pulling acceleration when you whack the throttle. Kit includes CNC Ported Cylinder Heads with Performance Valve Springs, 64mm Throttle Body, High Flow Injectors (5.5g/s), 4.075" Bolt-On Cylinders, Forged 11:1 High Compression Aluminum Coated Pistons and Rings, SE8-515 Cam, Cam Bearing Upgrade, High Performance Tappets, Multi-layer Coated Head Gaskets, High Capacity Clutch Springs (1200N) and most necessary gaskets and seals.

Installation may require Cam Spacer Kit P/N 25928-06. For ’17-’18 Touring models, installation of Oil Pump Cover P/N 62400206 is recommended (sold separately). Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost there While we have used upgrade kits twice before on Twin Cams with relatively good outcomes we are a bit disappointed with The Stage 4 on the 2018 CVO 117 to 117 kit.. It gives you a bit more snap on the bottom end and does pull good on the top end but we had hoped for better.. 2 others in the group with the same sort of outcomes and have expressed the same views. Keep in mind additional tweaking will help some what like Headers , Mufflers. Tuners , Dyno etc. its still at least a 4 k upgrade unless its a do it your self warranty eliminator. So weigh your priorities as we all wait for a Screaming Eagle Big Bore Kit, if ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2017 CVO STREETGLIDE. This is a great kit. I got a max 125 hp and max 120 ft lb torque. I had a stage 4 in my 2016 CVO Glide and the 2017 definitely is better. The M8 with a stage kit is the way to go. Mike

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive "reliable" performance I purchased this 2017 FLHXS from the Dudley Perkins Company in February, 2017. Along with the bike I purchased a substantial amount of accessories and performance components, all of which are Genuine Harley Davidson Products: All of which are on the bike displayed in the pics, including the "Stage IV" kit. I own and operate a service/performance facility close to The Dudley Perkins Company, in neighboring San Carlos and therefore installed all the accessory and performance components I purchased, My first bike was a 1978 FXE and like Harley Davidson, I have evolved (in my lifetime) through that Shovel, through Evo's, Twin Cams and now the Milwaukee Eight. As far as this particular incarnation is concerned, this is another milestone for the Company. When you throw the "Stage IV" package, the "Screamin Eagle" complete High-Flow exhaust system, the "Ventilator" air cleaner kit and the "Pro Street Tuner' in the mix this unleashes a potent and reliable motorcycle with exceptional quickness and hill climbing prowess, thanks to the 120 + ponies and the 110+ plus foot pounds of torque. This in unquestionably the best engine the Motor Company has procured and topped with a extremely powerful "Stage IV' package just ices the cake. I highly recommend the motorcycle, the "Stage IV" kit and The Dudley Perkins Company for your purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This thing pulls from Bottom to Top Very happy with the power guess I shouldn't leave a review as this is the only Harley I've owned but can tell you that it is one Fast bike. The Dealer I got it From isn't the best of choice to get any performance stuff done as they know nothing. Twin City Harley North in Blaine Minnesota is not the place to buy a bike and especially not any type of performance stuff.

2017 CVO 114 vs. 2018 CVO 117 stage 4 upgrade

Is the end results performance on stage 4 upgrade the same on the 2018 CVO 117 to 117 kit and the 2017 CVO 114 to 117 stage 4 kit?

Cruising RPM

I have a 2017 CVO Street Glide. How will this affect the cruising RPM. Will I have to hold the RPM's higher then usual as to not lug the motor. I have a 110 bike and it is hungry for higher RPM's
