Split 7 Spoke Floating Brake Rotor - Black is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Floating disk rotors.. I bought the new floating disk rotors due to a pulse under braking while applying front brakes. I could have gone with stock one piece rotors but figured if I was changing them out I would look for an improvement. The new rotors look and work great but don't have much of a floating action. I probably damaged the stock rotors by hard braking over mountain roads then holding them on when coming to a stop. you hear people talk about warped rotors, this is a myth.. warping would not cause pulsating. It's the thickness of the rotor that has changed.. either from hardening in one spot causing the rest to wear down leaving a high spot, or break material transfer.. but regardless.. it's not actual from warping..
