Extended Life Antifreeze and Coolant is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good coolant, wish we had container options I will keep genuine HD coolant in my twin cooled 14 Limited. As many know, these bikes loose a very small amount of coolant over time, not due to leaks but due to evaporation. Harley Davidson should sell coolant in quart or even smaller containers for that occasional, Like every 3 or 4 months add of a couple of ounces top off. The one gallon container will never be used before the coolant goes bad. Even if you change your coolant every few years it would go bad before it was all used. The system only holds a little over one quart. Harley...Please offer small "top off" containers of coolant, these are motorcycles not cars. Thank You

Any more information??

Is there a ASTM #?

What are the freeze point, burst protection specs

Asked by: Biker111
-34 degrees. The boiling point is 269 degrees. This is of course for Harley Davidson coolant. Factory fill for the new twin cooled Rushmore models. Don't think -34 will be a issue.

What is the coolant life. In bike ? Plus if it sits on the shelve life

Asked by: Madman88
I see no reason for coolant life in our bikes to be any different than for a car. That is 5 years. Shelf life would be the same. This is why Harley should sell smaller containers than a gallon. Even less than a quart.
