Does Not Fit 2017 Low Rider "S" - Unless you mod Turn Sigs
I ordered this item from the dealer who mentioned it would fit without any modification. Not True unless you are willing to relocate the rear turn signals and side license plate holder. HD should consider noting this or not include it in the internet files for this model IMHO. Just Saying from personal experience.

Easy to install, very comfortable
Easy to instal on 2014 Fat Bob. Sissy bars are sissy bars. They don't look sexy, but they have a very important safety function. My only concern is the easy mount.. It is so easy to install or remove, that I am concerned of being stolen when away from home. Not overly expensive, bought a Kuryakyn for another bike (Softail) ended up paying more for much less quality.

How does a sissy bar attach to this?

There is a channel on the inside of the side plate that the upright will slide into. I've attached a picture of a sissy bar attached to a detachable side plate for you.

Scratching the paint?
Does anyone else have an issue with these scratching the paint on your bike when you pull them off? This has happened repeatedly with me no matter how careful I am.
