Keep your cool on a sweltering summer day. Engineered to maximize rider and passenger comfort in high temperature situations, the CoolFlow™ Fan is the perfect addition if your bike is subjected to parade duty, rush hour traffic, or extreme temperature environments. Unlike traditional fan kits that try to cool the engine by blowing air across the cylinders and often onto your legs, the CoolFlow™ Fan keeps the riders comfortable by drawing the heated air away from the rear cylinder and exhaust pipe, and directing it toward the ground. Odometer fan status display feature availability varies by model and may not be available for your vehicle

  • Features switched On/Off/Auto operation
  • In the “ON” mode, the fan is active at low speeds, and will turn off when the bike reaches 40mph
  • As speed lowers, the fan turns back on at 35mph -this gap is intentional to prevent the fan from cycling on and off during low speed changes
  • In the “AUTO” setting, the fan operates based on a combination of slow vehicle speed and specific engine and ambient temperatures
  • 100% waterproof
  • Includes everything needed for installation
  • Odometer fan status display feature availability varies by model and may not be available for your vehicle
  • Dealer Digital Technician update is required

    Mid-Frame Air Deflector Kit P/N 57200157
CoolFlow Fan is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does it's job - well worth it when sitting in traffic on a hot summer day An air cooled engine is just that air cooled, when you stop in traffic the air goes away and the engine gets hot - this little unit greatly assists in keeping the temperateture down - I've had several air cooled bikes - rode this one in 90*+ days - it got hot, but the fan kept it bearable - a lot nicer than the ones I've ridden without it. Not a difficult install - works well, set it on auto and forget it, it comes on when it's needed and goes off when it's not, could not ask for more than that - so far it has stood up very well, and looks like it will continue without issue.

Should fan be on while stopped?

While on auto or on, should the fan turn on while stopped or only in motion? Also does the red speedo dot turn on while this is activated?

When the fan is installed should the EITMS be disabled or enabled or does it matter?

Installed the cool flow fan on a 2017 RGS, the EITMS was set to disabled by the HD tech, but no reason was given - does it matter if it is enabled or which setting would offer better cooling?

Dealer Digital Technician??

I thought Digital Technician has been replaced by the pro tuner?? Do you have to bring it to the dealer to be retuned or can the pro tuner be utilized for this function?
