Chrome and Rubber Small Heated Hand Grips

Part Number 56100267

Finish / Color: Chrome and Rubber

Chrome and Rubber both have their distinct places in the world of motorcycle styling. It seemed natural to bring the two together to create this unique collection.

  • Chrome and rubber padding design
  • Thermostatically controlled grips have variable heat settings and automatic temperature monitoring to adjust to changing ambient temperature
  • Grips remain at a constant temperature regardless of changes in outside temperature
  • Self-contained control circuit and control knob means you have no additional switches or controller boxes to mount
  • Shut on/off with ignition to avoid draining battery
  • Glueless grip design allows grip removal if you change handlebars or motorcycles

Fits '16-'17 Dyna® FXDLS, '16-later Softail® and '08-later Touring and Trike models. Does not fit CVO™ models (except FXSE). '16-later Softail® models require separate purchase of Electrical Connection Kit P/N 72673-11. '14-'16 Touring and Trike models require separate purchase of Electrical Connection Kit P/N 69200722. '17-later Touring and Trike models require Electrical Connection Kit P/N 69201599. Fits '14-later models with internally wired handlebars when wired externally. See accessory handlebars for specific heated hand grip exclusions.

Cvo Breakout 2013

Dear. Last year I seek to install heaters in my hands CVO BREAKOUT 2013 . Can you investigate. Which model of heaters hands you install I can?
Asked by: jauba
Hi jauba, Since the '13 CVO Breakout has internally wired handlebars, you won't be able to add heated grips.

Why so tiny??

While non-heated, I had these on a prior Harley Davidson motorcycle. I really liked them. I have a new FLHTK and really like the larger, heated grips. I'd like to upgrade from the plain rubber and get my favorite Bar & Shield grips back but in the larger size and heated. I'm ready to buy. Will these ever be offered in a larger size? Ryan
Asked by: Slyguy42
Hello Slyguy42, I hate to hear the grips you are working with are too small. In looking at this part, it does say small. On USA Harley-Davidson, there are other options available for the FLHTK. 56512-08A: Contoured 56047-08A: Flames 56926-08A: Willie G. Skull ***You may need P/N 69200722 also depending on your bike year.

Heated Hand Grip (pre-wired) Connector

I found the pre-wired power connector in the fairing for the heated grips on my 2015 Limited Low. However, the kit indicates to get the 69200722 harness which wires up under the seat. How do you connect to the pre-wired power connector (in the fairing) using the kit purchased? It appears you don't need the harness (69200722) but perhaps a different interface?
