Adjustable Highway Peg Support Kit is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Definitely needed on a Sportster I bought these in order to be able to not only stretch out on trips but also to be able to operate the mid-controls with my heel. Unfortunately, the length of these "cow-horns" were way too long, looked dorky, and did not align with the mid-foot-pegs at all. So I took them to a machine shop, had 2 inches chopped out the middle, and welded back together. Then off to Kentucky to be re-chromed. Now they are perfect. They align perfectly with the mid-pegs and I can shift and brake with my heels without taking my foot off the forward pegs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome mounts! These peg mounts are awesome! These parts are rock solid and well built. There is no skimping on production quality and the finish was outstanding! Went on easy and looked great on the bike. The only downside is that they do not come with pegs and must buy them separately. Although that gives you the option to buy the ones you want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Next best option to forward controls Great product. Need to be able to move around on those longer rides. Let's you keep the sleek sportster lines and highway pegs without an engine guard

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not bend anything! I was dumb enough to tap my peg while driving and bent the bracket that holds the arm to my frame. Went to the dealership to buy a new one, paid, then received a phone call the next day stating i have to come in for a refund due to HD not being able to get the part... the guy then goes on to say no dealership in the country has the part. There goes $200 wasted... not sure where to get a replacement now

Can I use any type of pegs with these supports or are there special Highway pegs that go with these supports?

I shopped on this site for pegs for this support kit but I was a bit confused on what I can use with this kit.

Do these come in black?

My bike is completely blacked out wondering if they come in black not just chrome since they are perfect for my needs
Asked by: Sayaret
Hey Sayaret, Unfortunately the Adjustable Hwy Peg Kit doesn't come in black right now, but who knows what our P&A folks have in store for the future.

How far do these extend away from exhaust pipe when in the lowest or most forward position?

Asked by: TheRev
Hello TheRev, The bracket is roughtly 7" wide from where it mounts on the bike, to the outside of the bracket where the foot peg attaches. Thank You!

Different Arm Lengths

Hi, I just installed kit # 49053-04A on my 2008 XL883. There are two different length arms. Does the long arm go on the right side to extend past the exhaust pipe and allow your leg to angle out around the air cleaner. That is how i installed it and it looks correct. The picture in the catalog makes it look like the arm is very close to the engine trim. Thanks, Lee
Asked by: Batch1234
Hi Lee, You are correct. The right arm is longer than the left arm because the right arm needs more space to be able to clear the exhaust pipe. Thanks, FXS78
