GREAT PART FOR VERSATILITY
This kit makes your Hog very versatile. switch between tour pak, back rest, luggage rack or nothing in seconds! Install was a bit confusing when installing both front and rear kits but just follow the diagrams. You will most likely have some extra parts depending on your model bike.

Wrong Fitment and size
This is not even funny, wanted to install rear seat, not only that rear seat came without Passenger Backrest Pad, it never said that they go separate, or at least that people also take it with the main seat TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT IT DOES NOT COME TOGETHER. Sissy bar came without bolts, and it never said that i need one to install the bar. Had to wait again to order bolt, and when the bolts came they were fcuking oversize. Seriously??? MAKE ONE LEGIT KID THAT WILL HAVE EVERYTHING IN IT, OR REORGANIZE THE WEBSITE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY WILL NEED TO INSTALL ONE ITEM OR THE OTHER !!! H-D IS 100 Years old - please learn to sell your product, i dont mind to spend more money on my baby but add more description so client would get all the tools at once.

I don't see myself as a stupid person, though I might be. The website was very confusing as to which docking kit to use. I believe that I chose correctly. When I received it, it came with minimal instructions. I have read them several times and do not understand how they install, whether I need a bike lift (which I do not have), or even whether I have the correct kit. It is sitting in my room, and I have never installed it. The instructions need to be A LOT, LOT better!!!

Wrong size bolts
Got a solo rack for my X1200C, picked these up at my local HD shop. It was nothing on their side that they did wrong but I don't like how this kit automatically assumes you have a saddlebag set up. Bolts were WAYYYYYY to long for my solo rack. Had to go to Lowes and get 4 1/2 inch bolts to use with the bushings. Shame to pay $50 bucks for 4 bots and 4 pieces of rubber, just to find out I need to buy some bolts at Lowes to actually make it work correctly.
