Dushyant Ingle, The Master Builder from Nine Bridges Harley-Davidson, designed his ‘Miraki’ – a café-racer – with love, charisma and loads of attitude. A lot of Miraki’s styling comes from the British origins of the ‘Café’ – fast, nimble, modified yet young.
Fully assembled, a motorcycle differentiates from another by the sheer attitude it carries. Overflowing with a zealous need for speed, style and comfort, He has soulfully crafted “Miraki” and presents it to the world Harley’s have always been symbolic to customization, which was a philosophy that the dealership promoted. “I always had a dream of building cars and bikes, so when the opportunity to customize motorcycles came, I jumped into this contest "Battle of The Kings 2018", says Dushyant Ingle.
"Golem" was Konark Harley-Davidson, Bhubaneswar's way of remembering the times when springer forks and hard tails were the statement.
When motorcycles meant to be fiercest of all. The times when comfort was never the priority, but manhood was.
This creation is a salute to all those men, who have got us all here to this date. Who have got us to the times where we are able to dream and achieve anything.
*The Chassis - The base chassis is from a street 750, which has been chopped from the center. A hard tail rear end frame was constructed and infused.
*The Brakes - The front section was given a floating caliper for the springer forks, whereas the rear master cylinder was relocated behind the exhaust on the tube frame for a neat look.
*The Exhaust - The stock exhaust was chopped, baffles were spread apart and were given a Edge cut end cap on it to give it a menacing look
The creation from Konark Harley-Davidson, Bhubaneswar stood as 1st runner up in The Battle of the Kings 2018.
Hemanth Kumar, the Service Manager and Chrome Consultant Kevin from Tusker Harley-Davidson, Bengaluru showed exemplary interest and had couple of options in heart after years of customising the motorcycles with only OEM products.
The Street Rod is a unique motorcycle but The Battle of the Kings 2018 gave us the option of customising the same to enhance experience of building it to a new motorcycle role, Hemanth opted to making it a dual sport kind “Enduro Motorcycle”, possibly make it reach the next level of versatility.
