The Armed Forces Chapter, consisting of both serving and veteran members from the Indian Navy, Army and Air force, rode to Longewala to honor the bravery and tenacity of the soldiers who fought the Battle of Longewala in 1971.
Longewala is a border town in the Thar Desert in the western part of Jaisalmer district, in the state of Rajasthan, India. It is very close to the border with Pakistan and is most notable as the location of the Battle of Longewala during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
Col. Robinder Singh Sirohi (retd.) as the director of the Armed Forces Chapter led the ride along other 40 H.O.G® members to honour the heroes
