HOW TO MEASURE
For the most accurate measurements, have someone else do the measuring, stand tall, yet relaxed and let your arms hang down at the sides. Keep the tape measure snug against the body and the tape measure parallel to the ground. Measurements are to be use as general guidelines for the corresponding sizes.
1. CHEST
Measure across the fullest point of the chest, ensuring that your arms are hanging down relaxed at the sides. Make sure to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
2. SHIRT WAIST
Bend torso side to side to find your natural waist. Measure around your waist, by keeping the measuring tape snug and flush against your body for accurate results.
3. HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
4. PANT WAIST
Measure around and over the top edge of your undergarment where you prefer your pants to sit. Keep the measuring tape snug and flush against your body for accurate results.
5. SLEEVE LENGTH
1. Start by putting one end of the measuring tape at the center of the back of your neck. 2.Extend the tape over your shoulder, and from there, (3) continue to measure down just past the wrist bone.
