* Terms & Conditions: The Harley-Davidson Foundation, Inc. and United Way Worldwide are collaborating to provide a 2021 Holiday Charity Program (the “Program”). Any individual (each, a “Participant”) may participate in the Program by posting an image or video of a favorite tradition with text and using the hashtag “#MyHarleyTradition” online on their personal Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account between November 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (the “Program Period”). Under the Program, for each Participant that shares their #MyHarleyTradition by making such a post during the Program Period, the Harley-Davidson Foundation will automatically donate $10.00 USD to United Way Worldwide, subject to a maximum worldwide donation amount of $50,000.00 USD. If 5,000 or more Participants make a “#MyHarleyTradition” post during the Program Period, the Harley-Davidson Foundation will donate $50,000.00 USD to United Way Worldwide. Participants are still encouraged to share their #MyHarleyTradition throughout the Program Period. No purchase, donation, contribution or submission of personally identifiable information is necessary for individuals to participate in the Program. The donation is made to United Way Worldwide by the Harley-Davidson Foundation. Any individual throughout the world may participate in the Program. Posts are not required to include or involve engagement with Harley-Davidson® products or services. Harley-Davidson Motor Company (“HDMC”) may contact some Participants via social media/private messenger to ask approval to feature their “#MyHarleyTradition” posts on HDMC’s social media channels. Any such featuring will be subject to additional terms and conditions. Participants are not required to approve of such featuring of their “#MyHarleyTradition” posts on HDMC’s social media channels. Harley-Davidson Foundation will submit full donation amount to United Way Worldwide within 30 days after the end of the Program Period.
