WHAT IS THE H-D® ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY?

For the holiday shopping season we will be accepting returns within 60 days after the shipment date for purchases made between November 1st - December 25th, 2014.

We want you to love what you ordered. But hey, sometimes things don't work out. We've all been there. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept your return within 45 days of the shipping date.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories.

All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.

A leather jacket must be returned in its own individual box and packaged to prevent it from getting damaged during transit. Please use a separate shipping carton(s) if you are returning multiple items from your order.

If you need to return items from different orders, you will need to submit separate return requests and use a different box for each order.

IMPORTANT: At this time purchases made at the H-D Online Store cannot be returned to a Harley-Davidson® dealership, and vice versa. In-store purchases must be returned in- store, and web purchases must be returned to the H-D Online Store.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE H-D® ONLNE STORE?

At this time, we are not accepting online exchange requests. However, if there is an issue with your order due to our error, please give us a call at 1-800-258-2464 (8am - 6pm CST, M - F) to request an exchange. We'll help you return the item(s) and place a new order.

We do not accept returns on motorcycle helmets or final sale merchandise.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Most returns that are sent back to our H-D Fulfillment Center will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return.

HOW ARE REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ONLINE RETURNS?

A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.

A return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. However, we'll happily pick up the tab if a product is defective or there was an error when filling your order.

If your purchase was made with an H-D® Gift Card, your original gift card will be credited for the refund. For purchases made with both a gift card and credit card, your refund amount will be applied to the original gift card first and then your credit card.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE H-D® ONLINE STORE?

Log in to Your Account and select the appropriate order from your account history, then follow these steps to begin your return.

  1. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Indicate your reason for return and how many shipping labels you need.
  3. Print your labels and place them on your shipping box(es).
  4. Drop off your return at any US Postal Service or UPS location. This includes your mailbox, a postal drop box, or a UPS drop box. Do not send your purchase back to your dealership or dealer of record.

Once we receive the item(s), your refund will be issued and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.

GUESTS

If you placed your original order as a guest, click Order History & Tracking and then enter the order number and billing zip code. Once you've entered this information, follow these steps to begin your return.

  1. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Indicate your reason for return and how many shipping labels you need.
  3. Print your labels and place them on your shipping box(es).
  4. Drop off your return at any US Postal Service or UPS location. This includes your mailbox, a postal drop box, or a UPS drop box. Do not send your purchase back to your dealership or dealer of record.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, NOW WHAT?

Sure, Harley® motorcycles may be perfect. But we're not. If we goofed and sent you the wrong order or item(s), let us know and we'll get it fixed in a flash. Give us a call at 1-800-258-2464 (8am - 6pm CST, M - F) and our Customer Care team will help you return the item(s) and get you the gear you ordered. We'll also pick up the tab for any shipping charges.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

To return a gift that was purchased from the H-D® Online Store, please call us and we will gladly help you out.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS SHIPPED TO A MILITARY ADDRESS?

Please contact us by phone (8am - 6pm CST, M - F) or email to initiate a return for an order originally shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address. We'll provide you with shipping instructions and issue a return authorization number that must be clearly stated on the outside of the package you are returning. You will not be charged the $7.95 return shipping fee.

CAN I REPRINT MY RETURN LABELS?

Yes. If you've already submitted your return and need to reprint your label(s), simply Find Your Order and then click the "View & Print Label(s)" button near your return requests.

If you simply miscalculated how many labels you need, contact us and we'll set you up with additional labels.
