You can ship your online orders to your local Harley-Davidson® dealership where you can pick them up—for free.
Most orders are ready for pickup within 5-7 business days after shipping.
Start your online return by clicking the button below and following the on-screen prompts. Once you submit your return request, you'll receive a pre-paid UPS shipping label that you’ll slap on the box with your item(s) and ship back to us. Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for the $7.95 return shipping fee. If you received the wrong item, or an item that is damaged or defective, please give us a call and we’ll help you return the item and place a new order.
After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method and send you an email confirmation that your return has been completed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
You can drop your labeled return package at a UPS Store® or drop-off location. To find the closest drop box location, visit www.ups.com/dropoff. Please note that online orders cannot be returned to an H-D dealership, and vice versa. In-store purchases must be returned to a store, and web purchases must be returned to the H-D Online Store.
We want you to love what you ordered. But hey, sometimes things don't work out. We've all been there. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept your return within 45 days of the shipping date. Some restrictions apply.

To return a gift that was purchased from the H-D Online Store, please give us a call and we will gladly help you out. Note that gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.
Please contact us by phone or email to initiate a return for an order originally shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address. We'll provide you with shipping instructions and issue a return authorization number that must be clearly stated on the outside of the package you are returning. You will not be charged the $7.95 return shipping fee.
If you need to re-print a return shipping label, please go to your H-D Online Store order details , scroll down to your return requests, and click the "View & Print Label" link for the item you wish to return.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.
A return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. However, we'll happily pick up the tab if a product is defective or there was an error when filling your order.
If your purchase was made with a gift card, your original gift card will be credited for the refund. For purchases made with both a gift card and credit card, your refund amount will be applied to the original gift card first and then your credit card.
