Need help getting started? Use these questions as a guide to help you tell your story. It doesn't have to be perfect, just be yourself and have fun.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
- Your photo must be in .jpg or .gif format.
- Maximum file size is 10MB.
- Horizontal formatting is preferred.
- Every person featured in your photo must be at least 18 years of age and must have granted permission for use of their name and likeness.
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
- Video submissions should not exceed 4 minutes.
- Your video must be in one of the following formats: .flv, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .mov, .3gp, .mpg, .mpeg, or .mp4 format.
- Maximum file size is 100 MB.
- Every person featured in your video must be at least 18 years of age and must have granted permission for use of their name and likeness.
- Do not include any music.
