| | With the advent of the new two part test from 27th April 2009, Rider’s Edge will ultimately provide students with the option of taking Part 1 either at our Academy in Wales or, in due course, through a number of dealerships who have access to Rider’s Edge instructors. Our aim will be to offer the same exacting instruction for Part 1 but with greater flexibility of location. All our courses currently run from the Academy and are designed to enable us to spend the highest proportion of time building road confidence and riding skill with the added advantage of enabling students to ride a Harley-Davidson of their choice on the afternoon following passing their test!
SIX-DAY CBT & DIRECT ACCESS PACKAGE Including test fee, food & accommodation - £1,588 (incl VAT)
SEVEN-DAY CBT & DIRECT ACCESS PACKAGE Including test fee, food & accommodation - £1,838 (incl VAT)
Designed for the more confident rider who possibly has some previous motorcycle experience, this course takes place over a single six-day session at our Academy in Wales and is aimed at getting riders through all stages of the motorcycle test in a single period, concurrently developing the skills required for Modules 1 and 2 using Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The course covers everything from CBT through to conversion to larger Harley-Davidson bikes, following which Module 1 will be taken in the afternoon of the fifth day and Module 2 will be taken on the sixth day. If however you have had limited exposure to motorcycling, we recommend a seven day course to enhance your riding skills before taking your tests.
