To enter, interested candidates who meet the requirements will complete an entry form and handprint their name, age, address, email address and daytime or evening phone number. Candidates also need to provide information pertaining to their measurements and their riding history. Deposit your entry in the official box located at participating events. All entries must be deposited prior to the beginning of the Hot Model competition at the event. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or illegible entries. Limit one entry per person. No mechanical reproduction of the entry form will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules of entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Participating events are listed below:

Urban Beach Fest – Myrtle Beach, SC 5/22 – 5/25
West Coast Bikers Roundup – Allensworth, CA 6/5 - 6/8
LAMA Domestic Rally – Fontana Dam, NC 7/4 - 7/7
National Bikers Roundup Greensburg, PA 7/30 - 8/2
A maximum number of 24 models per event will be selected by a panel of judges selected by Harley-Davidson during the Hot Model competition event. Decisions from the judges are final.
Selected models will be provided with Harley-Davidson clothing to feature in the Harley-Davidson Fashion Show at each event. Participating models are not allowed to keep the clothing.
Selected models will receive a $50.00 gift certificate redeemable at any Harley-Davidson dealer for their participation. No prize substitutions or transfers allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the offered prize becomes unavailable.
The $50 gift certificate prize will be awarded to the model following completion of the Harley-Davidson Fashion Show and upon the return of the Harley-Davidson clothing provided to them.
Two final winners will be selected by the audience from each event to participate in the Harley-Davidson Hot Model grand finale event in Milwaukee, WI on August 29, 2008. Winners from each event need to be available to travel to Milwaukee from August 28, 2008 to August 30, 2008 and must travel on the dates specified by the sponsor. Harley-Davidson will provide airline tickets and accommodations for two nights to the winning candidates only (one person only). Travel accommodations will be made at the discretion of the sponsor. All other expenses and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Two grand finale winners will be selected by the audience at the grand finale event in Milwaukee, WI. Grand finale winners will be featured in the 2009 Harley-Davidson Motorclothes catalogue. No monetary compensation will be rewarded. No prize substitutions or transfers allowed. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
The winner agrees that his/her name, likeness and/or biographical information may be used by Sponsor for promotional and/or advertising purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
This competition is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with venue in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and contractors of Harley-Davidson Motor Company (“Sponsor”) and its dealers, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and/or licensees and immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.
By entering, entrants: (1) release the Sponsor, its dealers, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of their participation in the Hot Model competition or their acceptance, use or misuse of the prize awarded herein; (2) give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and mail; and (3) agree to be bound by these rules.
