We're actively increasing our business with minority- and women-owned businesses. It means partnering with diverse organizations to get the word out, and creating supplier diversity traction so results happen.

REVVING UP OPPORTUNITY, EVERY CHANCE WE GET.

Our customer base is increasingly diverse. The same can be said about the companies we do business with. It also has real and positive effects on our neighboring communities. Working with minority- and women-owned businesses where we have operations stimulates economic growth and that, in turn, helps communities grow and thrive. -James McCaslin
