Retirement Savings Plan

We offer a retirement savings plan with a 401(k) plan feature and an annual fixed company contribution. The 401(k) feature allows the employee to contribute up to 50% of pay (subject to IRS caps). The plan also offers a wide variety of investment options.
Medical Plan

We offer three comprehensive medical coverage options. Coverage is available for the employee, the employee and spouse, or the employee and family. The plan also includes a prescription drug benefit program.
Dental Plan

We offer a traditional indemnity dental plan. The plan provides full coverage for preventive and diagnostic treatment. Other services require an employee co-payment.
Vision Plan

A vision insurance program is provided for employees and their covered dependents.
Life Insurance

The company provides each employee with basic term life insurance. Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance above the basic insurance amounts.

Spouse term life insurance may also be purchased. Term life insurance for dependent children is also available.
Disability Benefits

The company provides a short-term disability plan. Employees are able to purchase long-term disability insurance which becomes payable after six months of total disability for qualifying disabilities.
Holidays and Vacation

The company provides a generous holiday schedule which includes a year-ending holiday shutdown.

The company provides paid vacation based on the employee’s service as of January 1st each year.
