Rated 1 out of 5 by kclerico not impressed
Bought this travel my for my husband for xmas. As it looked like an ok mug, after washing it once, the inside plastic mug came apart from the outside metal. The metal is really sharp on the edges so be careful if your hand washing it. I wouldn't recommend this at all. For what I paid including shipping totally not worth it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Betty15 Great travel mug.
I love this travel mug. It keeps my coffee hot and the outside does not get too hot. It also does not spill. I really love the color of the mug.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ace40 Works great after modifications
As someone else has mentioned; the lid needs an air vent to allow the beverage to flow; and the inner sleeve loosens over time and eventually comes out.
1. Drilled an air vent on the lid (1/2 inch from the top)....works perfectly
2. Removed plastic liner and put small bead of superglue (1/8 inch below the top of the outer shell) and installed liner.... liner is now stationary.
Overall this cup needs work and for the Harley price the consumer should not have to fix it.
BUT, if your willing to perform the above fixes the cup will perform satisfactorily.
I knowingly bought the cup with the flaws (as commented by others), but I love the orange color, and is easily repairable, therefore is the only reason why I bought it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Krewzin NIce, but wish liner was made of steel
The overall design of this travel mug is nice. It fits nicely in the holder in my car and the lid seals good... and it keeps my coffee drink-ably warm. But I was hoping that the inside liner was stainless steel rather than black plastic. I find that steel is easier to keep clean. Thought the description which states "16 oz. stainless steel and plastic travel mug" referred to the inside. Guess not. Must be the only outside that is steel. So as long as you aren't looking for stainless steel inside, I recommend it.
