Rated 4 out of 5 by Danatee Great gloves
Sizing: They run alittle smaller than I'm used to seeing
Comfort: Extra padding on the grip side is great for running a wound up sportster
Touch Screen: The touch sensitive parts are on the index in thumbs. It appears to be made out of some sort of threading stitched into the glove. The touch screens did not respond to the glove until after a few miles on them and the threading got torn up a little bit.
Wind and cold: They worked OK for a 40-50 degree day, I would not recommend them for anything colder than that.
Style and quality: These gloves look great and feel great.
Cons: Touch screen functionality didn't work until after they were broke in.

These were my first riding gloves I’ve bought and the only pair I’ve bought. Everything about the look of them is spot on. Tough leather, that won’t slip on your grips. The ribbing over the knuckles gives nice fit and function. The accent stitching adds a nice touch. I never had any problem using the touch screen function on the index and thumb. Should you really be texting and riding a motorcycle? I don't think so.
I do have a few complaints about the tailgaters. They do not stand the test of time. I had them one riding season before I got a seam rip on my index finger. Drive hand of course; had to stitch them up. They are not water proof. I repeat they are not water proof. So after doing a little wet and wild, it’s best to use some leather cleaner.

I suppose it would be convenient if you could use a touch-screen with your riding gloves. Although, should you be doing that while riding? And if the gloves are thick enough to protect you then you would be pretty inaccurate while typing I would think. Well these settle that decision for you because the touch-screen tips on the index and thumb fingers don't work at all. In that regard they keep you even safer out on the road! (I use a Droid phone).
Anyway, these are fantastic riding gloves. I love the subtle knuckle protection. It doesn't look weird like a hard shell knuckle protector but the protection is there. The style and comfort of these is exactly what I was looking for. They are the best riding gloves i've seen that match a cruiser bike's style. Just forget about your phone and ride.

Fourth pair of gloves in as many weeks and I've found a winner! They run larger than I normally wear, usually a men's medium (normal fingers & thumb) and not much more than that...great fit - European style fit with zero loss in dexterity between the fingers. I tried the smart phone "points" on fore finger and thumb, and yep...works too!
In closing, $70 was an honest trade for the garbage I've tried over the last month...maybe even order another pair for safe keeping!
