Rated 3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Bars These bars look nice but are tricky to fit, took a couple of hours taking it slowly. The brake line has quite bend in it and touches against the top yoke where the pinch bolt sits with a sharp edge. Harley quote was £500 ($770) for shorter replacement brake line!!! The whole thing is one unit so you can't just replace the top line on its own. If you add in shorter clutch cable and throttle/idle cables then the price jumps to about £800 ($1200). No-one pays that the change their handle bars so I just accepted the longer cables which look OK but not perfect. The bars do make the bike look cool though. July 27, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed First, they are not a perfect fit, you have to lower your forks for the handlebars to sit all the way down. Second, you have to relocate your turn signals from the top triple tree to the lower one, so you have to buy a replacement pair of signals from HD that don't have the locking notch in the back. So you will need some sort of bike lift for sure to install handlebars properly. April 9, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by doesn't quite clear the fork caps on the forty eight Great looking bars, great feel BUT they don't quite clear the fork caps on the forty eight so i had to loosen the pinch bolts on the triple tree and raise it up on the forks by about 16th of an inch. so all in all good product just a little more of a pain than i had hoped. 2014 iron 883 drag bar fitment

I have a 2015 iron 883 and I've been looking into the drag bars that are offered. Will the drag bars not work with the stock cables and lines since they aren't extreme lengths like a zed bar or apes?

Hello Jamesalter,

The stock cables and lines will not work with these bars. Please click on the "More Info" tab on the online store for the chart of which items are required and the Part Numbers.

Thank you!

Answer:
Hey Rjluna82,
The fitment of this handlebar has been updated to fit XL1200X models. The updated fitment for XL1200X models requires separate purchase of Riser Spacer Kit P/N 55900074 and Turn Signal Relocation Kit P/N 67800489 or 67800452. All models require separate purchase of additional components. Check out the full fitment in the "Fitment Tab".

Will drag bars 24"-28", no rise, 2" pull fit my son-in-law's '09 Iron883, with 4", slight pullback risers? Does H-D have these bars? 2 aftermarket suppliers say it may need custom modification with the bars I described, but your drag bar with a 4" pull will fit. I need a response ASAP, this is a present from his wife (my daughter). Thanks for any help I get.

Hi BigGary4545,

Sorry, but Harley does not offer a drag part close to those specs. We can not confirm if one with in those specifications will work properly.

Thank you

Has anyone installed these without changing the cables on a '48? If so what are the drawbacks? Is that the only reason why they are not listed as compatible for a 48?
