Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect These are perfect IMO, for me at least. Nice low tone with a roar when you hit the throttle but they don't set off car alarms in the neighborhood. And my ears don't ring for 2 hours after a long ride. Much better than stock. Nice price too. May 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by SE slip ons Took less than an hour to install, nice chrome, slash end caps were a pain. Sound great. Mellow at road speeds but when you crack the throttle they sound off. If you are looking for a loud pipe, these are not the ones. October 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by OK Ok if you're looking for a set of slip-ons that don't sound much different than the original ones. October 6, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Screaming Eagle slip ons They are easy to install, figure 15-20 minutes per side. They are a tad bit longer than the stock pipes on my 2014 Street Glide. The horsepower increase is negligible, the sound isn't much better than the stock pipes. August 15, 2014

Answer:
Hi Clark2008,

Unfortunately, no, these Slip-On Mufflers do not fit a 2008 FLHTCU. It fits 50-state '09-later Touring models (except '10 FLHX and FLTRX) equipped with Twin Cam 96™ engines. It does not fit Trike models and installation requires the separate purchase of Muffler Clamps P/N 65296-95A (Qty 2).

Thank you for your question.

Answer:
Hello Ncamp,

We do not recommend putting these on a 110 CI engine. The recommended fitment is for 96 CI engines. I would recommend PN 64900186A to achieve a look similar to these mufflers.

Thank You!

2014 Street Glide Special

these are listed on a local Harley site as fitting my bike. Will these fit my 2014 FLXHS, and if so, will I need to change anything else to run them efficiently for the bike?

Answer:
I was sold these by a dealer before I found out they were not recommended for my 2013 Electra Glide. My bike runs fine with these, they could be a little louder around town but then I would probably not like them on a long trip on the highway. I prefer it's one piece design with no end caps and the slash cut was all I want. There is another manufacturer out there with a similar one piece model which you can then fine tune how loud it is by changing the baffles. Search around the net, I would post the name but I don't want my post to be pulled.

I believe the only reason why these are not recommended for newer bikes is due to changes in the rear suspension. The stock mufflers on mine have a recess dent to allow room for the rear axle. There is lots of room on the left side however the right side where the axle nut is there is only about 1/8" of clearance when the shocks are fully extended. I was able to stack about 1/4" of flat washers under the rear mounts for a little more room.

The SE Thunders are probably better suited for newer models, but require the additional end cap which I wanted to get away from.

As long as all you are adding is a set of slip-on mufflers there is no tuning required. If you change to a freer flowing air cleaner then you should consider tuning the ECM.

Answer:
Hello Kid1028,

These mufflers are for Twin Cam 96 engines you have a 103 in your bike so we do not suggest installing them on your bike.

Thank You!

2013 Electra Glide

A dealer sold me these for my 2013 Electra Glide Classic yet here they are not recommended for my bike under Fitment and are intended for a TC 96 engine. My bike runs fine, I like the style as well as the sound they have, not too loud.

Is there any reason why I should not be running these on my TC 103 bike?

Answer:
Helllo Sparkee,

I do not know why the fitment is only for TC 96 engines. It could possibly be an emissions situation, but do not know.

Thank you!

Hi Peden1,

We do not have this part for sale online. I would say try and call your local dealer and see if this is something they can possibly purchase for you.
