Rated 5 out of 5 by Fatboy06 Bike sounds great
I ride a 06 Fatboy and at 30,000 miles OE tensioner was shot. Knew this was going to happen so had the HD shop in Bowling Green, KY replace. While in the cam area I had the 211 SE Cams installed, a super tuner and dyno tuned. Love the way bike sounds and rides. Recommend all these products. Couple of months after, went on 2,334 mile ride and bike ran great. Only issue was with bigger cam MPG dropped 2 to 4 MPG, but expected that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tsonhdbkr Engine runs great! The added oil volume with the larger oil pump is a plus.
Installed by my local Harley dealer. I feel the difference in the way the engine runs better. I like the idea of the larger oil pump for increased oil volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andy1950 Worthy upgrade
In all honesty, the newer spring loaded pads will last for many miles. But, the piece of mind you get with this upgrade makes it worth the investment. The SE oil pump is awesome. My 2005 RKC now runs cooler and quieter than ever. I did a cam and 95 upgrade at the same time and now look forward to adding many more miles touring our beautiful country and Canada.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Slyguy42 The Achilles Heel of the TwinCam 88...
I'd read a lot on the internet about the OEM spring-loaded cam chain tensioners poor design on the TwinCam 88 and figured I'd better have the ones on my '01 RoadGlide I just bought looked at. Bike had 39k miles.
They were shot.
All the material that had worn away also clogged up all the oil passages in the stock cam plate and oil was being directed into the air cleaner box. I could just replace with the stock tensioners and revisit this in 5-15k miles or do the swap to the SE Cam Plate with hi-output oil pump and hydraulic tensioners. I decided to go the SE plate route. Very happy. More riding and less worrying now.
I'd recommend this upgrade.
