Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Finaly the right sound I ride a 2015 CVO Road Glide Ultra, did not like the stock exhaust so I installed Vance&Hines 4.5 slip-ons with dresser duals too loud for me so stock headers back on with Rhinehart slip-ons better but still not what I was looking for so for the last attempt I purchased the Screemin' Eagle H/Flow W/Nightsticks. I could not be more pleased. awesome sound but not to loud. Expensive learning curve!!! June 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Adjustability for Power, Torque and Sound!!! Installed this "50 State factory legal" system on my 2015 FLTRUSE at a bit over 12k miles. While the stock factory exhaust system was a bit tame sounding, it was very comfortable for long distance touring with 5-6 hour days in the saddle. Still yearned for a bit more of that famous Harley sound, but without exposing us to that infamous "hammering sound" which the 110 CVO motor produces ........especially when a catalytic free header pipe is used with straight through mufflers. The MOCO solved the catalytic converter heat/restriction problems by moving the converter from the header pipe collector (by your right foot) to the rear using a high flow catalytic converter in each of the Nightstick mufflers. The Nightstick mufflers used in this system are an external diffusion disc design using a closed end-cap which forces the exhaust gases radially through a series of stainless steel discs. The discs are designed to have a scavenging effect which, depending on the number of discs installed (10 is standard), will enhance sound, torque and/or power. More discs provide less back pressure and thus more high end power (along with more sound). The ultimate power and sound occurs when an open end-cap (race use only) is used. The increased back pressure created by using fewer discs (and a closed end-cap) results in better low end torque and less sound. The beauty of this system is that, with some experimentation, you may dial-in the perfect combination of sound, power and torque to suit your bike. In the reviews of this 64800022 system, it appears that the folks who've found the system "too quiet" generally have the more quiet 96" or 103" motors. However, they might obtain a louder sound more to their liking by experimenting with additional discs and even using an open end-cap! I found the open end-cap/10 disc combo to be quite powerful and torquey, but too loud for touring! The stock 64800022 system with 10 discs/closed end-cap is 50 State legal and on my 110" CVO motor works quite well for extended touring. For around town cruising I've added 2-3 discs per side for a bit more of that assertive Harley sound. I've also added more attractive (blacked out) aftermarket cast aluminum end-caps. Rated 5 out of 5 by NOT TOO LOUD Added this exhaust system along with a Ventilator Elite air cleaner not only for performance, but because it looks great too. Quiet enough to still be able to listen to your radio or communicate with your rider. Almost as quiet as stock until you roll-on the throttle, then it wakes up a bit. Not ear splitting headache loud, but loud enough for me. Noticeable boost in performance and a pleasing tone. Only draw back was that I had to remove my center stand for clearance during installation. July 1, 2015

I would also add the #80630-10 and #80716-08. I am looking for a little more H-D sound than my stock mufflers. Any suggestions on this or is there something else you would suggest looking at. The dealer always suggested trying to find someone who already has the mufflers I am interested in. That didn't work before and it won't work this time.

Answer:
No, I had to remove my center stand when I upgraded to the SE High Flow exhaust system. Have tried with 'other' brand stands also without success.

Sound level

I have a stock 2014 Ultra Limited and am thinking about doing the 110 (92500032) kit with one of these exhaust systems ( 64800043 or 64800022). I am not a fan of loud and like the sound of my stock system but I know the larger engine would benefit from this. So, how will this setup compare to my bike as is sound wise and how will it affect drivability and efficiency?

I would like to see dyno sheets for a 2011 or non water cooled head 103 motor. The description mentions HP but not torque. What are the torque gains and at what RPM?
Thanks

Hi JimRetired,

We do have a dyno sheet in our catalog, specifically page 503 for the 2015 Parts catalog. Here is a link to view it online:
