Reach Seat is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best seat for the money It took some time to adjust to the new seating position. It does as advertised, it sets you closer to the controls and slightly lower. I find I have greater control manuvering the motorcycle, especially at slower speeds. The seat is comfortable and offers great lower back support.I shopped for seats from many aftermarket companies and this seat from HD is at least $100.00 lower in price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptionally Comfortable At 5' 6" with a 30" inseam, I found the stock seat on my new Street Glide a little high and back from the controls. This was more noticeable when I accelerated which pushed me back into the rise of the seat. The height of the seat also made maneuvering the bike with my feet more work as they did not lay flat on the pavement. Although I found the stock seat comfortable, I wanted something that allowed me to get my hands and feet closer to all the controls. I found the stock seat on the HD site for a more reasonable price than other custom type of saddles and decided to try it out. It was a world of difference in comfort and positioning for the controls. It did allow for additional placement of my feet on the ground (~ 3/4") but was hoping it would've been just a little more. In any regard, the comfort of this seat made it WELL worth the price and I think anyone with a similar "vertical challenge" will find the same to be true.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made, good looking seat The seat is very well made and attractive and the seat does what it is advertised to do, however it does this at the expense of less padding. The seat is a little uncomfortable for me but I think for someone a bit smaller then I am it would be perfect. I have an inseam of 30 in and weigh about 195. The seat is great, I'm just too big for it. My wife says the "queen" seat is second to none.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect seat for shorter legs I carry a 29" inseam and never could get my feet flat on the ground with a stock seat. Put this on my '07 Road King and it had the immediate same effect as lowering the bike but a whole lot cheaper. I've now ridden it over 10k miles in all kinds of conditions and never once had any back issues. It is crazy comfortable and a perfect seat for someone with shorter legs who wants a little more control and balance.

Does this seat have the cut out in it for drivers back rest?

Asked by: Vrt1962
Hi Vrt1962, Yes, there should be an opening for the backrest. This opening may be covered by the grab strap. Hope this helps!
