Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by More comfortable Before I bought my Breakout, I sat on a number of bikes and loved the forward foot controls and the seat on the Breakout. It was by far the most comfortable bike for my preferences. The one thing I did not like was the drag handlebars. So I modded the handlebars right out of the gate with these reduced reach bars. They move the controls back about 7 inches and make for a much more comfortable riding position for me. I am very happy with these handlebars. May 19, 2015

Answer:
Hi Joel,

If the difference between your stock handlebars and your desired position is drastic, say more than 4 inches higher or more than two inches back, a set of new handlebars may be necessary. You may even need to combine a set of aftermarket risers with your new handlebars depending on the position that you are trying to achieve. If the change is drastic, you will also need to purchase a set of extended control cables and hydraulic lines and add wiring extensions for your turn signals, horn, high beam switch and other handlebar mounted electronic controls.

I hope this helps. Thank you for your submission.

What additional parts are required?

So you list the reduced reach bars for the 2013 Breakout - great, BUT...
How about actually listing what replacement cables are required for correct fitment on the Breakout, i.e.: "Requires additional cables as required... 1... 2...3... 4... etc. Are we supposed to guess at what cables or additional parts we need? Since this item is specially listed for the Breakout model, it should be a no-brainer to list the additional requirements and their part numbers.
